End-to-End Research

The last few decades have completely transformed the market dynamics. A market highly-susceptible to small changes, wide reach, and an all-industry focus to provide satisfactory client experience has made it difficult for large companies to manage all this along with cost-effectively scaling their business. With a specific research industry providing an information outburst to the clients coupled with a supernova of e-commerce giants has made the task even more difficult.

Pebbles & Sand provides class leading market research services to supplement your organizational needs in the most effective manner. Years of expertise, fused with modular approach and advanced technology enable us to accelerate and optimise your business growth.

Business Research

The last few decades have completely transformed the market dynamics. A market highly-susceptible to small changes, wide reach, and an all-industry focus to provide satisfactory client experience has made it difficult for large companies to manage all this along with cost-effectively scaling their business. With a specific research industry providing an information outburst to the clients coupled with a supernova of e-commerce giants has made the task even more difficult.

Consumer Research

Delve deeper into the consumer psyche with our consumer research services are not merely about tabulating responses but also how to trigger the right ones to adapt to your needs. Our consumer research approach follows the same stringent standards and TAP methodology to help you understand the consumer behaviour the unmundane way.

Data Collection

We provide class-leading data collection services to provide you with an accurate picture of area of interest. Inaccurate data can lead to false conclusion, false insights, making the entire research process seem like a futile attempt. With the integrity of research compromised, it becomes difficult to eke out insights necessary to have a competitive edge in the industry. We thus focus heavily on extracting quality data with expertise in proceeding with both, qualitative and quantitative approaches. Being the primal step for accurate and accountable analysis and insights to follow, it is necessary to avoid any erroneous data collection since, flawed insight can lead to flawed future.

Quantitative Research Methods
Online

The world is increasingly getting connected to the internet, and this makes online and mobile surveys a powerful tool. They are quick in terms of turn around time, are relatively cost effective, and are customizable.

CATI/CAWI

There will be cases where traditional market research as a tool struggles for respondent participation, data quality issues etc.
PNS specializes in CATI/CAWI methodology, which helps target complex surveys/ difficult respondent set, where we with a help of computer and phone, recruit the respondents, follows a script and the routing is programmed in advance. In CATI the complete survey is taken over the phone while CAWI methodology involves recruiting the respondents over the phone and then qualified respondents participate online.
This increase participation and minimize data quality concerns and ensures that the qualified respondents participate online. Also It requires a shorter time to administer than some other methods, and data is available for quicker download in a variety of formats.

Face to Face

Door to Door CAPI
For the cases where the respondent set is very difficult to target online, this approach is used, where the interviewer reaches the respondents where they are available and uses computer to recorded their responses for a survey.

Door to Door CAPI
For the cases where the respondent set is very difficult to target online, this approach is used, where the interviewer reaches the respondents where they are available and uses computer to recorded their responses for a survey.

Paper and Pen Interview (PAPI)
For the markets, where the internet connectivity and power supply is still a challenge, we follow conventional PAPI survey using paper and pen to record data, instead of other methods such as telephones or tablets.

Central Location Test A Central Location Test (CLT) is a face-to-face survey method where many respondents are invited, to some convenient place for a face to face interview. A large number of people can typically be interviewed in a short time. We follow this methodology for short product and/or concept testing studies.

Qualitative Research Methods
Focus Groups

A focus group is usually made of a small number of people typically 8 to 10 participants and takes place at a research facility with a conference/meeting room. The group is led by a moderator who facilitates a structured discussion to uncover insight into reactions, attitudes, behaviors and beliefs. This method is focused on uncovering insights and patterns.

In-Depth Interviews

These interviews, known as “IDIs,” are either conducted face to face or over the phone. This is a one-on-one interview which aims at better understanding the consumer or stakeholder’s behavior.

Survey Programming/ Hosting

Survey programming and hosting services have long been seen with a drab reputation. However, they remain indispensable to collect data and to gain insight for understanding the industry and own organisation better. Over the years we have honed our skill set, transmuting it with our experience and becoming acquainted with new methodologies to design enjoyable surveys. The aim here is to minimise dropout rates, while keeping in mind what the client is looking for.

The process of designing an efficient and enjoyable survey begins understating the client and consumer psyche. After studying the internal and external dynamics of the organization our team with proficiency in basic to complex logics, starts brainstorming for the questionnaire. A thorough quality check is maintained to cover even the most minuscule of details which can have big implications. It is then tested by our experts, which is followed by discussion over the same. Once the prototype is ready we send the questionnaire to the client for approval, followed by survey preview testing from the client. The dropout rates, completion times and suggestions are regularly checked to provide reliable and time efficient surveys. So come TAP your potential.

Data Analysis

Data analysis using traditional approach can only provide predictable solutions which accelerate and optimize your business marginally. Churning data for insight can be meaningless if done without insight. We fuse together wide multi-domain experience with knowledge, time tested modular approach and technology. While working in close conjugation with you, with regular feedback to make sure we extract only success out of data.
